No copies/photocopies may be made of any part of these courses and they may not be distributed privately, in any educational establishment or company without prior written consent from ‘English for Italy’.
The Guarantee
If you don’t pass with 50% which is the minimum pass rate, or more in your final exam, you can re-do the online course free.Your teacher will talk to you and you will decide how many extra conversation lessons you need. Any extra conversation lessons to be charged at 23€ each.
Discounts
If you recommend the course to a friend or colleague and they quote your name and phone number on booking, you will receive 25€ credit towards the next level of the course. Your new discounted price will automatically show when you enter your log-in details when purchasing the next level. At the same time the person you have recommended the course to will also receive a 25€ discount when they make their booking. If you are studying the 3rd level of the course the discounts become valid and will be sent to you in the form of a refund once you have completed the course.The discounts can only be used towards the courses. There is no cash equivalent and they are not valid for stays in England or additional conversation lessons.
Conversation Lessons
Please understand that when you book your conversation lesson, your English teacher books that time to give you a one to one lesson on the telephone (using 'Messenger' to correct your mistakes). With this in mind if you book a lesson and find you need to change it, please email the cancellation AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE CHANGE and you will incur no fee. We will send you a confirmation reply. You can then re-book your new lesson at the time to suit.
Alternatively you may cancel between 12:00 – 13:00 hours up to the day before and incur no fee.If you do not notify us and are not available at the time of your conversation lesson, you will lose one of your conversation lessons. Additional conversation lessons may be purchased at 23€ each.
